Vannamei
Whiteleg shrimp, also known as Pacific white shrimp or King prawn, is a variety of prawn of the eastern Pacific Ocean commonly caught or farmed for food.
The prawn’s natural mild-sweet flavour and firm texture makes it an ideal addition to stir-fries and curries. They can be presented as raw peeled & deveined, raw headless shell on, cooked whole crevettes and skewers.
